Midland Credit Management complaint by Nimmotulsa
I had a low limit secured credit card with the first Bank of Marin. When I closed the account with them they lost the infomation around the fact that it was a secured card so I had to pay them an extra $250 dollars that I didnt owe them.

After That and a couple other things that started to feel very fishy, I kept track of the closed account. I called them every thirty days for the next three mounths and they always told me that there information showed ACCOUNT CLOSED-ZERO BALANCE.

So, I thought I had it coverd. about six mounths later I got a call from this company called midland credit management. Mcm told me I owed them around 750 Dallars. I explained there was no way possible and that This looked like fruad to me.

I think you know the rest. There is no reasoning or proving it otherwise and after two years they have repoted it to my credit four times, so it cost me four times as many points im sure.

Thanks for reading

Danny Tulsa okla.
