I called to change my address, and they were hateful!!!!

I called them, because my parents (who I have not lived with for 10 years) keep getting phone calls from them. Yes, I do owe Capital One. However, I called them to give them my new address and phone number. I explained that when I look up Midland on the internet, I always get a site describing the abuse that Midland dishes out. I guess that pissed him off. So as I give him the address/number, he was cutting me off while I was speaking. The man was VERY rude....he talked to me VERY slowly, like I was STUPID. *** Midland. Maybe if you were more pleasant, you would get the money owed!!!
