i cannot afford that or even an attorny what can i do?? eemail me at my name is patrick. i dont have the money i work at wal mart and f they garnish my wages i wount be able to live

Hate to say this but try to remember this when they can legally sue you (age 1 if you do something wrong that is worth suing for than it does not matter if you can't afford a lawyer or the money which you are being sued for. Why they will put you in jail. |

DEMAND that the collection company provide you and the court with documents proving the debt belongs to you. Demand this proof is a original document with your signature. No faxed copy but a original documant. I promise this company does not have it. Before your court date, send a certified letter to the collection agency with a "letter of demand" seeking all information concerning said account in your name. Send one to yourself as well but do not open it until you are in court. |
