I am with everyone below - I have no idea who thes folks are or what exactly I owe them for. I have a credit score in the 700's and I was notified by my employer today that my wages are being garnished!

I called the law offices who supposedly represented these people and yet they have no record of any wage garnishment for me, but my HR department will not do anything about it. I am told they can't advise me and they have to honor the garnishment - I am stuck with no clue what to do! I'm not going to hire a lawyer for this!

They cannot garnish your wages unless a judgment was reached against you (you lost in court) Hire a lawyer!

I don't know about the rest of the states (they must have something similar) but in IL for a better understanding of your rights go to---Illinois Legal Advocate website. They have a slew of informational videos.
