I called and requested that they not take ash one period from my bank account and they did anyway. They bullied me until i agreed to pay by checking account even though i wanted to pay by money order after i let them know i did not trust monies taken from my banking account, setup electronic pay. They can not be trusted. What company uses a po box and no email address? They have arude collector carlos who was a trial to speak to. When I told him I did not have a bank account he told me I did and readt to me what and where my account was. He trasnsferred me to another collector who i expalined to how i didnt trust electronic withdraw and she talekd me into it. This started in march with an okayed payment and then they took out in April when I had requested tehm not to.

they claimed to never receive my faxes containing a police report. Refused to let me drive the 2 minutes to their office and hand them a copy. Ignored certified mail
