Midland Credit Management complaint
Does anyone know who Midland Credit Mgmt. is? I have never heard of them. The first time I knew anything about MCM was when I viewed my credit report.

I haven't gotten a letter nor a phone call about who I owe or who could have turn over accounts to them. What can I do?

I don't think that it is fair for anyone to post to your credit report and you don't know anything about it. "This is ridiculous".

I talked to a lawyer and we are on our way to correcting this matter. Hopefully I will be as successful as you guys.

I got a credit report, they are showing Some Account Name: Midland Credit Mgmt, Account number: 852421XXXX, and Account Type : Unknown- Credit Extension, Review, or collection, Account Status: Closed. What is all of this account information? Where is MCM located ? And what is the cell number or contact number to call MCM? Please I need help. There investigators are amateurs as well. They attempted to collect from me even though it was a different person with a similar name.  

 

In fact, they attempted to tell me that I am this person - Ha.Ha. 

 

Therefore, be careful - they're a scam as well. They will attempt to collect monies from people who are not even indebted to them.
