I then sent them a letter telling them they had ten more days to show proof or I would file a motion to compel with attorney's fees.
Midland then dismissed the case against me. This is all people have to do. Midland has no documentation of debts on anyone. They are counting on people not responding to their summons and then getting default judgements. They have several hundred default judgements on people just in the county I live in. Again, THEY HAVE NO PROOF OF ANYTHING. Their ex-employees have stated as much on the internet.

Written by More Midland Fun, on 21-10-2008 13:26 I was just served with a Summons from Midlands attorney's i am not trying to get out of paying what i owe how would i go about writing a response to them any input would be very greatful my husband wants to contact to make payment arrangements as was not possible before as he was out of work but now is back to work but i dont know since summons has been served if they would be willing to arrange a payment plan. |
