Material fraud is material fraud and you are not allowed in the law of the united states, to collect a debt that is fraudulent, not owed or had been created by identity theft through purchasing out of time statute old debt that the credit card company already wrote off on their taxes (and were given credit by the federal government in their write offs and returns) . Does anyone see why the federal government likes to play the hands off game with these ? tHEY are who want the money, and they get it through the exorberant taxes they charge the debt snake collectors... its all a big game. NEVER USE UNSECURED CREDIT AGAIN and you will not be thrown into this stupid illusion of "getting ahead" in life with a company and government that dont have a pot to piss in, in order to LEND you UNSECURED DEBT INSTRUMENTS (IOU's). FIGURE IT OUT it's the only way these snakes will ever go away. EDUCATE YOURSELF ABOUT CREDIT CARD DEBT AND WHO AND HOW IT WAS INVENTED. (Out of thin air) (A SCAM). ~ |
