Midland Credit Management complaint by Asmith137
mcm, called me on 4/29/2008 to make payment arrangements on my account, however when i advised the representative that i was currently unemployed and that my husband is deployed, she started loud talking me. i also told her iam trying to keep my home from going to foreclosure which was more important to me at this time, but i will agree to accept the settle pay back plan of $136.44, starting in june 2008, because my money was already tied up for the month of may,she said she could not wait, and stated this was going to an attorney's office.
