Midland Credit Management complaint
Midland Credit Management has been calling day, early in the morning (before 9:00). I've told them four times now that the person they're looking for doesn't live here. And what's their response? An apology? A promise to look into it? Nope, I get an immediate hang up so consistently each time that I'm sure that's company policy. That's real polite. Today I actually got one person to reply before hanging up. He said "I hear the same thing every day. Click." If that's true then maybe they should pay attention to that in some cases it's true.

They've been after me for about 5 years because some *** named Steven who shares my last name gave them my address. Just got something from them in the mail today. I'm really thinking about sending them the exact amount of the bill this guy owes...in Monopoly money! :grin

tell them to send you all the paper work concerning this alleged debt. Then send it back certified mail return reciept requested and enclose a letter telling them all correspondence is to be in writting, do not call this number, then when mail comes from then put not at this adress or put it in the round file! or call Feagle

We're getting the same thing. They are looking for my brother in law. Many times when we answer they hang up, i've told them when they do talk that he doesn't live here. Last night I'd had, had enough. I answered they asked for him, when I said he doesn't live here, they were fixing to hang up and I yelled, if you want a message to get to him I'd advise you to tell me who you are and what your calling for otherwise stop calling here, I'm tired of it. I hope they stop calling now, but if they call again I will tell them I will turn them in, all I can think to do...

They are breaking FEDERAL LAW by calling you. I promise - I'm not connected in any way with James Feagle except by being a very satisfied customer. Google him and he will help you. You need to keep records of who calls, what number, and what they say. If you can record it, do so, but check state law first before you do this. Keep good records and contact Feagle immediately. You could get up to $1000 PER CALL from Midland to you, with no attorney fee for you!!!! Call Jim immediately. Good luck!!
