Midlands customer service is the rudest customer service I have every experienced. you cannot get passed the customer service reps to esclate a call. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. They will not release funds to complete my home from Hurrican Ike repairs. I have spent so much out of pocket! I am floored they can get away with this.... This is the worse company I have ever dealt with! When you call customer service and ask for a managers name to escalte a call, the rep says she cannot provide this information. This place is a scam. The customer service rep and provide escalation phone numbers or names? So you are stuck with no where to turn.
