Midland Credit Management - Continued telephone harrassment despite written warning and acknowledgment
Starting calling in June 2014. Sent validation and cease and desist letter in July 2014. Received a letter from Midland stating that they had made a "mistake."
Bozos started calling again yesterday and today. I sent another letter (and email - Midland has a online form to submit a validation request) along with a copy of their letter. I also have copies of my telephone records.
I have no debt problems so am contacting an attorney. I think we all need to band together and file a class-action lawsuit.
