we ignored them because the summons could not be verified we sent a dispute letter to the court the court date changed twice and we missed the second date and they got their way and a writ was sent to my employer to garnish my wages for a debt I can't remember ever getting and there is no originator information on the summons or writ. Watch out make sure you make that court date to fight the attacks or else the judge just assumes you are at fault. Don't allow them to get into your paycheck they make you broke every week with no end in sight

yes you can with a claim of exemption thru the courts

Are you able to fight wage garnishment once it starts? I'm being garnished also....
